Send an email and you go on the list. When a new set goes up you get a short note from me with a link to it. Nothing else, no schedule, and the list is never given to anyone.
To come off the list, reply to any of them and say so. That is the whole mechanism.
By podcast feed
If you already use a podcast app, this address works in any of them, and new sets arrive on their own without waiting for me.

This archive is not listed in Apple Podcasts or Spotify, and does not need to be. The feed is an open format: your app reads it directly from this site, with nobody in between deciding what you see.
